Captains' Welcome

We are delighted and honoured to represent Castle Golf Club as your Captains for 2026.

Founded in 1913 and designed by Harry S. Colt, Castle Golf Club is consistently recognised as one of Ireland's top parkland courses and offers an exceptional golfing experience to golfers of all levels. A dedicated team of skilled ground staff maintains the course to the highest standard throughout the year.

Castle is a very social club, but also extremely competitive and we have won pennants at Leinster and All Ireland level over the past number of years.
It offers a great golfing experience to golfers at all levels. We also have a very strong family tradition.

Castle offers a very warm welcome to visitors both on the golfing and social front. Due to its location Castle is the ‘local’ for many of its members.
We have an exceptional catering team with a varied food offering with stunning views over the course and mountains both from the Clubhouse and balcony.

We welcome you to Castle Golf Club and look forward to meeting you in person.

Lady Captain Barbara McAleese and Captain Archie McEvoy
